Actually Chinese FDI has gained its continual and rapid progress only after the end f 1970s and is now becoming larger and larger．Although it can't be said mature,it has ormed its own particularity．The purpose of this thesis is to explain,analyse and assess he current statures of Chinese FDI and tries to make some contribution for its evelopment in the future．
